What makes KŌVA formulas different?

Every KŌVA formula is clean, ECOCERT-certified, and made without the ingredients your skin never needed. We keep ingredient lists short and effective rather than long and impressive — the same principle that guides the edit of products guides the formulas inside them.

Are KŌVA products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas avoid common irritants and unnecessary fragrance additives, and each product page lists its full ingredient list under "Ingredients / INCI" so you can check against anything you personally react to. If you have a known allergy, we always recommend a patch test first.

How do I know which product is right for my skin type?

Each product page lists its concern, skin type, and aroma under the "Overview" section. As a starting point: the Double Hydration Boost Gel and Vitamin C Serum suit most skin types looking for hydration and brightness, while the Peptide Ageless Cream is aimed at those wanting more targeted anti-ageing care.

Can I use more than one KŌVA product together?

Yes — our lineup is designed to layer well. A simple routine is cleanse, treat, then hydrate: Radiant Glow Facial Wash, followed by a serum (Vitamin C or Double Hydration Boost Gel), finished with the Moisturising Day Cream or Peptide Ageless Cream. You don't need all five to see results — start with what your skin is asking for.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, all KŌVA products are cruelty-free — we never test on animals, and neither do our suppliers. Our formulas are made using organic farming methods with natural origin ingredients, in line with our ECOCERT certification.

How should I store my products, and how long do they last once opened?

Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most KŌVA formulas are best used within 12 months of opening (look for the small "PAO" jar icon on the packaging, e.g. "12M"). Always close caps fully after use to keep formulas fresh.

What is your shipping policy and how long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery are shown at checkout before you pay.

What is your returns and refund policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If something arrives damaged or isn't right for your skin, reach out via our Contact page within 14 days and we'll help make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Choose your country in the footer's country selector to see pricing converted to your local currency; exact shipping availability and cost for your address are confirmed at checkout.

How can I track or manage my order after purchase?

Once you have an account, every order you place appears under My Account → Recent Orders, where you can see its status, view a full receipt, and reorder your favourites in one tap. Don't have an account yet? You can create one any time from the account icon in the header.
