Orders & payment

By placing an order on mykovaskin.com you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method used at checkout. Prices are shown in your selected currency and are converted from EUR at an approximate rate; the currency and amount charged is confirmed before you pay.

Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our FAQ. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once a package is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier once a package has left our hands.

Returns & refunds

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. See our FAQ for the full policy.

Product information

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including full ingredient lists on each product page. Skin reacts individually — if you have known allergies or sensitivities, always check the ingredient list and patch test before first use.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, the KŌVA name and logo — belongs to KŌVA Skincare and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

KŌVA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website, beyond what is required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you the right to a different forum.
